Interview
It was a hiring event and they were obviously poorly prepared. I arrived at 10 am and didn't get interviewed until 11:30, and people who arrived after me got interviewed before me.
The whole process took over two hours, and during my interview, I sat around for almost half an hour waiting to meet the manager of the department I was applying for.
Management was not prepared and not considerate of applicants time.
Comfortable one on one with the department supervisor. I don’t remember there being a phone interview. I was contacted to come in in person after passing the job application online.
