I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2018
Interview
I had to do an online typing, phone call voicemail, and basic questions quiz. Once I passed that, I did a 20-minute phone interview quick run-through of resume with hiring manager. Then I traveled to Chicago for in-person interview with 2 sales managers. It was really relaxed, another resume run-through.
