The virtual component was done with Hirevue, I believe. Remember to show up on time, dressed appropriately, just like you would for an in-person interview. Since you'll be asked to record yourself, you can practice answering the question several times before you get the take you're most happy with. Overall, it wasn't harder or easier than in-person, just different.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2021
Interview
Two interviews over a few weeks. Asked questions about customer service ability and gave example scenarios of difficult customers where you have to explain how you would respond. Online interviews through zoom typically.

Question 1
How would you deal with a customer who is unhappy with the quality of the blouse that they purchase?
I interviewed at Nordstrom (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
It was one of those open to all hiring processes, the questions were pretty simple and the manager was quite easy to talk to. They offered quite above the minimum wage and also offered an extra $2 per hour.
