Submitted application and a week later had an interview. Quick and less formal. Turn around for job offer was very quick. Unfortunately declined due to unexpected relocation, but look forward to trying in new location
Easy and quick open interviews. First job and where I learned to dress right and work hard. Still to this day use the customer service skills learned here. Moved from cashier to sales quickly.
It was a group interview with a few other candidates. We were all greeted and taken into an office room where the interview took place. One of the managers conducted the interview.

Tell us a little bit about yourself. What is your previous work experience? What do you know about Nordstrom's?
Overall pretty easy. Talked with general manager and they weren't looking for much experience. I just talked about why I wanted the job and how I was qualified. The role was open for a few weeks before I found it so I knew they were a little desperate.
