North Shore Bank (Wisconsin) interview questions

Applied on their site then had a phone interview with HR. Completed an on-line assessment regarding cash counting and teller situation questions a couple days after. In-person interview with branch manager a week later. A few days later HR called with an offer pending background and reference checks. Anyone I've had contact with here was great. The only "bad" part about the process was for the references-they only wanted supervisors not peers.

I applied online, the next day I received an email to fill out background information. About a day or two later I received a call to schedule a phone screen. I thought I nailed the phone screen but was informed there was an assessment to complete before they scheduled an in person interview. It took about 45 minutes to complete and was mostly opinion answers. On Monday I awaited to receive a call to schedule my interview, instead I get an email saying they are moving forward with other candidates. I reached out to the acquisition manager to get some feedback on why I was not selected to move forward considering I was told it was based off of the assessment. I was told they were only given a pass/fail as a result and they used a third party for the assessment. It still confuses me since it was mostly opinionated questions. I never knew there were wrong answers for opinions.
