I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Manchester, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
Technical task to be completed at home. Then a face to face interview. On the technical task, I was told by my recruiter I scored 100% and that I was the first person to get this score (out of people he had represented). Despite this, the offer they made was a pay cut on my existing salary. I ended up moving elsewhere and getting a pay rise out of it.
They contacted me for an in person interview and then asked me leet code style questions. After the interview I heard back from a recruiter who set up another phone call with me
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Huntsville Park, AL)
Interview
Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
Formal, not too stressful. Ensures you understand the basics and thay you know what you're talking about as you may be getting interviewed by somebody that's technical at some point.
