I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2019
Interview
4 rounds each day for 2 days. 3 technical rounds/placement discussions, 1 HR each day. Food & room were provided, as well as facility tours and group dinners. Technical rounds were very basic. HR rounds barely even had questions.

Formal, not too stressful. Ensures you understand the basics and thay you know what you're talking about as you may be getting interviewed by somebody that's technical at some point.
