I was applying to the pathways program and the interview basically revolved around my capstone project that I did in school. It lasted just under an hour and the questions were straightforward

What was an example of you having to work with others to solve an unforseen problem? How did you handle it?
One interview, ask lot of behavioral and no technical. Interviewer at the company were friendly. Before interview, was also a screening phone call and questionnaire to answer and everything. Be honest and excited to be working at the company.

Formal 30 minute phone interview. Asked basic questions. Opener followed by sharing experiences. You’ll need to explain your experience and how it relates to the role. Very laid back interview style.

One interview - mostly behavioral questions. It was for an entry level position for the 3 year rotational PATHWAYS program. The managers were friendly and there was a positive energy to them.
