Got a call from Vail Resorts HR in Dillon, CO asking if I'm still interested in the position I applied for online. After confirming, I received an email from the Director of Ski and Bike Patrol asking a few questions, and if I'd be available for an interview. I confirmed and came in for an interview. It was a one-on-one interview with me and the Director. No panel interviews, or secondary interviews.
- Asked why I wanted to work for Vail Resorts; related experience; talk about my background and skills; information about mission/vision statements of Vail Resorts; what are my favorite runs and lifts at Northstar?

You can dress somewhat casual for interviews, I'd at least wear a button up shirt.

Interview was casual process, people were very friendly. They seemed eager to hire without a lot of experience or references. The interview process was two steps, one with the recruiter and the next was with the department head. Applied, interviewed and hired within three days.
- Basic interview questions, nothing outside the park
