Northwest Permanente interview questions

The interview process was a conversation. We discussed how my past experience transferred well to this type of position. The hiring manager actually took each position I had in the past and explained why he thought it was relevant for what their company needed. As the position I was interviewing for had not actually been completely fleshed out.

Virtual interview due to pandemic, I was told if I'm called back for a second interview, I'd have to give a mini-presentation. There were 3 supervisors present who took turns asking me questions.
