Questions were odd and unethical. Most of the conversation based around the CEO telling you stories about himself and not about learning about you. Also, most of the conversation was not work related. It would've been helpful to know about Glassdoo.com before applying there. It was uncomfortable and odd and I didn't stay there very long.

Phone interview at first, the company does sales on a national basis, which is helpful to get more business as a sales person since you can have customers in time zones across the usa.
