The bring you in for a initial interview were you go over what the job is about. then if you get a call back you go to the specific branch which you are selected to. there you are interviewed again a much longer one I should add where you must give a presentation and answer sometimes personal questions.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.
