Interview
The interview process lasted about a month and consisted of three interviews. All interviews were fairly easy you just had to complete assignments such as a PowerPoint presentation and a market identifier between the interviews. Other that that, if you do what you are assigned than you will most like be offered a position. They are looking for people with high networking skills and people who like being in the sales business.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.

Three rounds with calls with the head of hiring and with the head of the department, all behavioral questions were asked at each round to get to know you and your network

It’s a three round interview, but it really more about getting to know you as a person no technicals. The second and third interview was the recruiter speaking on the job overview.
