I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual in Nov 2022
Interview
3 rounds, each with different member higher up the chain. It first one was on campus after a career fair and the following two were at the building in Cumberland.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
