I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Washington, DC) in Oct 2022
Interview
A few short interviews that are personality based. Personality exam to see if you are the right fit for the company. Really friendly staff and hiring process. They really take the time to get to know you.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
