I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Easy process and very kind people. All questions were behavioral and not technical. You are expected to reach out to potential clients during the interview process which was not ideal.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?

They asked me super basic questions: Why would we benefit from adding you?
