Easy just asked basic questions and felt more conversational rather than a behavioral based interview. They are more interested in personality rather than abilities that you many have learned in class.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
