Very easy interview, but they handed me a pamphlet at the end that basically told me my compensation would mainly be based on how many people I sold to. I felt like I would be pressured to make recommendations that were not suitable to the clients.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
