I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Novartis (Hyderābād) in Jan 2012
Interview
The interviews with the hiring/technical team went on perfectly fine and were great. The HR process was absolutely sick, right from when the recruiter called up to the HR salary negotiation. There were 100's of delays from the HR. First the recruiter called up to schedule an interview. He never did, I had to follow up and then he did schedule an interview. The HR was then supposed to call me after my successful technical rounds. No calls for 2 weeks until I followed up again. I was selected, but no offer letter for the next 4 weeks. Finally the offer came.
