Consultant called and fixed up Face to face interview. Was administered a logical reasoning test. Was questioned about prior job experience and also specifically about the test.. approach at solving them. This was immediately followed by the Technical round; Had a 2nd technical interview on telephone from Basel within 3 days. Then post a week I have an interview with HR. This was followed by Background verification, which took an entire month. I was asked to visit the Hyderabad office, wherein I had a Technical and 2 HR interviews. This was followed a week later by the salary discussions. The offer followed a week later. Phew.. a total of 7 screening - 1 Test, 3 Technical rounds, 3 HR rounds followed by the salary negotion that took over 2 months.
