The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Novartis (East Hanover, NJ) in Apr 2009
Interview
I had to give a 30 minute seminar for an MS level bench scientist position. It was an all day interview consisting of the seminar (~40 minutes) and 30 minute meetings with individual team members, up to the VP, as well as a tour of the facilities. We had lunch in the the company cafeteria, courtesy of the department, and the food was above average. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
Average process, 2 phone calls, and one onsite interview. Process was a bit rushed for delay from their end upon reaching back to me with an answer or offer. I did not get the job but I found out from another recruiter who I hadnt worked with.
