I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Novel Office (Bengaluru) in Feb 2026
Interview
The process was well structured and organized. Questions were based on aptitude and skills. It also involved questions to check one's knowledge about the particular field and role. Initially there was an HR round, followed by an interview by the team lead and a senior team lead.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Novel Office (Marathahalli) in Feb 2025

The interview was extremely swift from end to end.
They were really professional with the process and there were regular follow ups and callbacks.
