It was lengthy. They need to have shorter recruiting process.And even with shorter recruiting processes the candidates that are picked at the end are questionable. High quality candidates with profound knowledge lost out at the end to others with way less knowledge and experience.

It included four interviews: an initial interview focused on my motivation to join the company and the Graduate Programme; a group exercise assessing teamwork and communication; a behavioral interview exploring my workplace behavior and how I handle conflict; and a final interview about my values, strengths, weaknesses, and daily work motivation.
