Interview
The interviewee is first invited to a local interview. If slected you have to attend a day long programme oraganized by them where you have to sit through many hours of them telling us about their company (a massive waste of time if you are not recruited). Then if you are selected for the next round. they send you two questionnaires for aptitude and that will take a couple of hours or more. You are then called in for a final interview. Not to mention the hours of preparation while you are graduate student busy with your thesis.

Very formal, questions were chosen from a list. Two interviewers for manufacturing technology: one technical one HR. Online discovery call before the workshop. 30 minutes long was the call for me.

Interview
The process was quite long, lasting from November 2024 to February 2025. It included four interviews: an initial interview focused on my motivation to join the company and the Graduate Programme; a group exercise assessing teamwork and communication; a behavioral interview exploring my workplace behavior and how I handle conflict; and a final interview about my values, strengths, weaknesses, and daily work motivation.
