Three rounds, first with the Manager, then with full team, and then with Engineering Manager. As long as you can demonstrate your curiosity and willingness to take initiative, and talk through your approach on how you would test something, then the team will feel comfortable taking you on. There is a take-home test that the team reviews before meeting with you.
