Phone interview with a senior person regarding a posting on Glassdoor. Very disorganized. He just picked my brain for 20 minutes. But during that time, the interviewer did not tell me the salary for the position, benefits, ask me situational questions or provide a clear outline of the role! He didn't even try to sell me on why I should join the company! I'm thinking there was no role to begin with and he had posted the job for the purposes of obtaining free information from unsuspecting job candidates. I terminated discussions with this company shortly afterwards. If you are interviewing with this company, proceed with caution.
