My Interview Process began over the phone with one of their Senior Technical Recruiters. Afterwards, I had an efficient interviews with 5 Nutants in 2 hours. The first 2 Interviewers were Managers who had 30-minute discussions about my personal goals and reasons for pursing this Nutanix Role. The other 3 Interviewers were Systems Engineers who had a 60-minute technical discussion with me about the core 4 Nutanix Technologies (Linux, Network, Storage, and Virtualization).

found the job opportunity on seek.com.au, saved. Then the awesome local Talent Acquisition Team, discussed the job requirements and my background. Then got an interview arranged with the senior global managers. Then interview with senior technicians. Shortly got feedback from local Talent Acquisition Team, told me I was successful in the interviews. Then offer, background check organised. Soon got offer signed, welcome letter received. It is the best job application experience I had ever. Thanks Nutanix team!

Interview
One HR screening interview, a initial technical interview and then a set of interviews combining management and technical. I received direct feedback in the first two interviews which is great. The process didn't take long (three weeks overall) and the interviewers where always professional.
