The interview process was mostly over the phone. The in person interview was fast and informal. I was only asked about my availability and ability to work get a food server card.
Well I signed on to be a server and it took them 8 months to finally let me be one. Despite having many many many many many openings and people way less competent be servers before me

Interview
The interview went great! The manager asked great questions, and it wasn't just an unorganized "whats your name, okay you get the job" ordeal, which I thought said a lot about the restaurant.
