The interview consist of the manager reading off questions for me to talk to him about. Then me taking a timed test on some numbers that could be tricky looking at because they are numbers that have letters with them and if they are similar are easy to confuse. Then I went to take a drug test.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts (Austin, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
As soon as I walked in I waited in the back and I saw people eating and cursing as if they were not on the clock. after the store manager finally returned he made me sing Happy Birthday to in front of everyone at the store. I saw a few people laughing before I even started to sing (very comforting). after I sang I found out that if I didn't I wouldn't have been hired in the first place.
