I was interviewed at Jakarta, Indonesia office for a Digital Media Planner role. I dropped my resume and getting an interview invitation the following day. It was surprisingly a very chill interview process. The interviewer was very friendly and pretty casual, it felt like catching up with an old friend tbh.

First - HR round, second with the director - technical and soft skills. It's moderately difficult. They are looking for team players with skill set. Takes 2 weeks. Require referral as well. They do background check.
