First, I got a call from hr asking for availability to take an online test the next day on Saturday (which is the weekend!). The unorganized and urgent arrangement of the first recruitment stage was weird for me, I never experienced that. Then, after 1.5 weeks only after the follow-up email (she said she was on a business trip), I was invited to the last stage, an in-person interview with 4 interviewers. The panel interview went quite well as I thought, I have been asked around 8-10 questions in English, Russian and Uzbek. The panellists were nice and polite. The interview started on time.
After a while, I got a phone call from HR asking me about my availability and will I agree to the short 6-month contract instead, I said yes (which is also surprising). Since that call, I have not heard from them anything. I wrote a follow-up email again, and called HR directly, she said she was on vacation and would send a letter soon with the outcome of the selection process. And so far no response 2,5 months passed. I think it is very unprofessional and inhuman to ignore candidates who took their time and effort. Writing a rejection email would not take more than a minute. Very unpleasant experience.
