Interview
The interview process is a matter of a set of interviews with different key people in the organization: direct manager, HR, Regional Sales Manager and occasionally sales VP. No exams, no tests, it's not a difficult process. Preparation is key, prepare question related to your role, previous experiences, etc. Make sure you have a clear understanding on what the company does, its product and the value generated to customers.

Interview
Very nice interview, two times with the HR Manager and once with the Inside Sales manager. The company doesn't usually require a german speaker person because the company language is english.

Question 1
Questions about my education background and motivations.
Talked to the recruiter at a college career fair --> phone interview (lasted about 30 minutes) --> onsite interview that lasted ~4 hours talking to 5 different interviewers back to back (45 minutes per person). No technical questions; mostly just behavioral and on my past experiences.
They got back to me within 2 weeks after the on-site interview with an offer (offer letter attached) via phone and email. Everything seemed pretty structured and organized.
