Q. You have three cookies, 2 smaller ones, 1 large one, and a knife, You can eat either the two small ones, or the large one. How would you know which ones to eat if you wanted to eat the most?
A. Cut the cookies into quarters by slicing in half twice, Take a quarter from the two smaller ones and make a right angle, and use the larger one as the hypotenuse of the right triangle. This equates to a^2+b^2=c^2 and you can compare the areas.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OSIsoft in May 2017
Interview
A phone call and in-person interview. They were very eager to hire. I talked on the phone with an engineering representative then had a sit down with 3 different employees. All in all, it was quick process, maybe a couple weeks from phone call to sit down interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OSIsoft (Philadelphia, PA) in Dec 2015
Interview
There was a phone interview first, during which I was asked to pretend to troubleshoot some computer issues that the interviewer described to me. The phone interview was probably about 15 minutes.
For the in-person interview, the HR representative that I worked with was very nice and quick to respond, and I was able to set up my interview and travel arrangements very easily. The interview was several hours long and involved talking to 4 separate people, and I was made to wait in the conference room for each of them in turn, which was a little awkward. The interviewers were also awkward to talk to (and I am typically easy to talk to and can make conversation with most people), which made the interview uncomfortable. It also lasted forever. When I was done, I felt that I was not right for the position, but told the HR rep that I needed an answer by a certain date due to another offer I had. The company did not give me an offer by that time and instead wanted me to speak to yet another member of their team. At this point, I knew I was not right for this position and was not sure why they were continuing the process, but I had to terminate the process due to my other offer. Over all, it was not a totally unpleasant experience, but I would not have worked there if I had been given an offer eventually.
