Interview
There were four rounds of interviews. First was a phone interview with the individual who gad the former role. Second was with HR and other department heads you'll interact with. Third was with the manager over the position. Forth was wait the director over the department. The final offer for the role took over a month to receive after completing the interviews.

There are three rounds of interviews, 2 with Human Resources Personnel and one with direct supervisor, plus a written test , a very traditional written in both English and Chinese.

very long; 9 interviews no clear understanding of who is making decisions. It was a bit repetitive. I did not think it was necessary to interview with so many people who ultimately were not involved in the process
