Note that I _was not_ selected for this position but still have a high opinion of OXEN Technology and their interview process. Also, I've been working in tech for 25 years. I was put in front of OXEN Tech by a recruiter from Malone Solutions and had two interviews with OXEN Tech.
The first was primarily for people skills and fit with their culture and the second was more technical. Also, there was a reasonable amount of communication from the company throughout the process: I never felt either ghosted or pestered. Shortly after the second interview, I was declined the position and replied with an email thanking them for the opportunity and their time: and requesting any feedback on my interviews which they were willing to share. I've long had a habit of sending a follow-up note after each interview: whether successful or not.
OXEN Tech replied with a short discussion of their interview process in which they invited me to a third interview: which did not seem to be part of their normal process. The third interview was almost exclusively troubleshooting-role-playing: solving issues OXEN Tech commonly receives with the interviewers playing the "caller". A few days later, I (have just) received their final decline.
I was laid off (RIF'd) four months ago and have been looking for a new job since: I have applied to over 100 companies and have sat for multiple dozens of interviews. Compared to the majority of the other companies with which I have interviewed, OXEN Tech stands out for the appropriate amount of constructive communication during the process as well as for being willing to take a second look at a candidate: when appropriate. There are very few companies who have earned enough respect from me that I have set a watch for new openings: OXEN Tech is now one of them. I would absolutely apply to work here again and I would suggest others apply to them as well: without reservation.
