After applying to the opportunity (9th August) through LinkedIn, i received a call from senior HR very next day (10th August) ! 1.In screening call they asked me Resume related questions and my "SALARY EXPECTATIONS" in the end they told me if they find my candidature suitable enough for the role they will contact me for further hiring process 2. Post screening call The HR scheduled the HR round(12th Aug) with herself which usually happens as a last round in most of the companies! In HR round she asked me about my past work experiences & majorly interview was emphasised on "SALARY EXPECTATIONS" , like earlier in the end she said if i get selected for further process she will share an assignment with me which i have to complete 3. Post clearing the HR round , an assignment was shared with me which i duly completed on time ! After evaluating the assignment they scheduled my interview (operations round) with project manager (17th aug) . Operations round was taken by project manager although HR was also there all the time , in the end HR said she will let me know if i get selected further. 4. Almost after 1 hour of operations round , i received a call from HR & she told me that she would be scheduling my last round ( company fitment round ) with CEO ( as it's a small scale startup , fitment round is taken by ceo) , Post clarifying all this , she again asked about my "SALARY EXPECTATIONS" ( which was clearly 3rd time now) Fitment round was supposed to take place on Monday ( sat -sun being off Friday being a festival & call was received on Thursday ) 5. I waited till Monday (21st August) & on Monday i dropped a followup text which she replied as "i will let you know by E.O.D." ( end of day) 6. I kept waiting whole Monday but as i was not given any kind of response , i called the HR on Tuesday (22nd August) & asked about the update ; she said the ceo is not free these days & we are interviewing other candidates as well , so it will take few more days !! in the end end she again asked me "HOW MUCH SALARY YOU'RE EXPECTING" ? 7. It has been 10+ days waiting , so i texted CEO of the company on linkedin desribing whole scenario ! later he assured me that he will make the HR contact me soon 8. Finally the day came when i received a mail from HR stating that " Unfortunately, we won’t be proceeding with your application at this time".

The interview process went very smooth. There were 5 rounds and it went with step by step. 1. Telephonic round 2. HR F2F 3. Operations round 4. Task evaluation (Presentation round) 5. Final round with the Director.
