The first two interviews were fine, both the HR and Tschnicla manager were pleasant and gave a good overview of the company. I was then asked to do a technical test, which I did and submitted.
The third interview was quite strange as the technical test was just ignored, seemingly it wasn't even reviewed. Developers spend time on these tests so it's expected that at least they'd be reviewed and some (basic) feedback given.
Instead the interview was just a rapid fire of questions by one of their developers about PHP 8 in a rather unfriendly way and seemingly didn't understand my answers. At times during the call he'd disappear or have Internet issues.
Really didn't seem professional at all.
