Hiring process is very laid back. Most often done on the furniture pad at a comfortable desk. First interview is with assistant manager and if they like you then you will speak with the store manager. If that goes well you will be asked for a drug test and the job will be yours.

Extremely quick and easy! He asked me a tops of three questions and they were all exactly from the questionnaire you have to take for the application. He was looking to hire someone quickly so that’s probably why it was short and sweet like that..

Very relaxed interview process, very simple predictable questions, and everyone who has gotten an interview has gotten the job at my store, as long as you do some research on basic questions and you prepare your answers you shouldn't be caught off guard.
