I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Okta (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Very positive experience. Recruiter was informative, available, and supportive throughout the process. Started with a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter. Moved on to a pretty standard on-site interview process. Four 1-on-1 interviews, 30 minutes each, 2 hours total. They all just acted like themselves, which made me feel comfortable. Good balance between cordiality and down-to-business attitude. Honest in answering my questions about the position, team, company. Next step was a mock sales presentation/ sales development call. Had to present the product and vet a lead. After that, I was offered the position. I was still hesitant, so the recruiter coordinated phone calls with two other people in the company so that I could ask more questions, here different perspectives, and make an informed decision. They were keen on making sure I was comfortable making my decision and was making it for the right reasons.

Interview
A relatively strong interview process and mostly clear on next steps by keeping you in the loop. The process consists of a phone screen with a recruiter, convo w/ HM, & mock call evaluation. There were some small hiccups with some info but overall great process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Okta in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview process was unorganized and vague. I got through three rounds of phone-call interviews and quickly got turned down from the position after the thrid. I spoke with a general recruiter, a sales manager, and then an outbound sales manager, the last of which was very unprofessional and standoffish from the beginning (as if he had already decided I wasn't a good fit for the role). Personally, I do not believe this company is fully matured and its identity is sort of lost between a startup and an enterprise which overall correlate to a weak company culture.

Question 1
Why is the role of SDR important to you and a company?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Okta (London, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
Hiring process took 2 months, very long but very exciting at the same time. Was disappointed by the last stage because you get thrown into a pool of information and with little help you have to do a cold call about the company that u have little knowledge of.
I did very well at all the stages but failed the final stage.
