I had so much fun interviewing with OKTA. The employees were clearly excited about the work they do and where their company is growing. They were down to Earth and easy to talk to over virtual sessions on Zoom during the pandemic. Their recruiting team is prompt, schedules quickly, and keeps one apprised of the status and schedule of the hiring process. Although I wasn’t ultimately selected for an offer, I still found the entire experience to be easy, quick, and perhaps have met some new friendly faces in the Legal Operations community. I’m so glad the recruiter took the time to call back and let me know they picked someone else- as oft times these days many companies just go completely silent.
