I interviewed at Okta (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
4 rounds~
1. Spoke with Recruiter
2. Met some team members Remotely
3. Met some team members Remotely
4. On-site
I made it to the final round, the recruiter let me know that the team enjoyed speaking to me and will get back. I followed up several times as I received another offer from another company. STILL, the recruiter reassured that the team enjoyed talking to me but they were finalizing some things and would get back to me. SHE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I ended up accepting another offer elsewhere. Okta is very disorganized when it comes to the interview process.

Okta stood out to me as having the most communicative and engaged recruitment process of any company I've interviewed for. Recruiters followed up when they said they would and were responsive to emails and phone calls. Overall, it really made me feel like the recruiter was on my side throughout the process.
