I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Madrid) in Sep 2012
Interview
Very nice from start to end. From all companies in which I interviewed, they were by far the ones from which I received the best personal feeling. First you do a math test online (you must be very fast at it). After it you have a fit interview or directly 2 rounds of case interviews, one in your local office and one final round in London if you live in Europe.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Two rounds of case interviews with 4 interviews each (3 case interviews, 1 CV interview). The cases are finance orientated for the F.I. division.
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Question 1
tell me about yourself, why consulting and the case question
I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in May 2026
Interview
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
