I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman in Oct 2012
Interview
I got involved with the recruiting process on campus. I submitted a resume and cover letter, and was offered a first-round interview where I was given two 30-minute cases. The interview had almost no "fit" components and was spent solving the case. Both of my interviewers were extremely friendly and helpful. I then interviewed in the office where I completed three 45-minute cases and one fit interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Be prepared to think on your feet during the cases - I received multiple market sizing questions.
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Question 1
tell me about yourself, why consulting and the case question
I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in May 2026
Interview
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
