Interview
Submitted my CV online and was asked to complete an online numerical exam. The numerical exam consists of GMAT style questions and a time limit. After that I had a first round phone interview - market sizing case- and was passed to the second round. Second round consisted of a market sizing case as well. Both interviews were over the phone.
First behavioral interview super annoying that it is 3 at once. Typical tell me about yourself and why oliver wyman. The interviewer seemed like already made up the decision and it was very uncomfortable to undergo the interview.
Did not recieve a callback.
There was an online assessment which tested mostly mental math and reading graphs. Then, there was a 30 minute case interview and a 30 minute behavioral. Fairly straightforward and standard, with the case being easier than average.
