I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Singapore)
Interview
First round is 1 case and 1 behavioral interview; relatively straightforward case process (from my peers, i heard a range of market entry/m&a/some profitability questions) Second round follows super day format: 2 case interviews, 1 CV interview and one real-life/presentation case. Cases were less hypothetical in nature, resembling more the real work consultants do
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about yourself, why consulting and the case question
I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in May 2026
Interview
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
