I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman in Sep 2015
Interview
Two rounds, first round one 30 min case and 30 min behavioural, second round one presentation case, one behavioural, and one verbal case. The cases were typical consulting cases, and the presentation was very open-ended - you had to be creative. Overall good process.
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Question 1
tell me about yourself, why consulting and the case question
I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in May 2026
Interview
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
