I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (London, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
A (difficult) maths test, followed by two rounds of interviews. The first round was 2 interviews: one fit, one case with a partner. It was less quantitative than I expected, but it was a useful experience. Second round was 5 interviews, 3 CV chats, 1 case and 1 case presentation. Everyone was super friendly and just wants to get to know you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is the best and worst feedback you've ever received?
Have you ever worked with people from diverse backgrounds and levels of education?
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Question 1
tell me about yourself, why consulting and the case question
I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in May 2026
Interview
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
