I had applied for the Consultant position in London. After the CV and cover letter screening, I was invited to sit the numerical and critical reasoning tests. The tests involve 30 questions in 20 minutes each, with negative marking. Many questions are on the GMAT style. Be careful at time management.

Question 1
You have an equilateral triangle of length l that is divided into 9 smaller equilateral triangles. What is the total perimeter of the 9 triangles?
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in May 2026
Interview
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
