Interview
Mostly through zoom, I had 4 interviews - one introductory, the other 3 case based. The final interview was a 1 hour long case involving market entry for a hotel conglomerate into Thailand.
The managing partner behaved quite uninterested from the start of the call; she was late and kept pressing me on time. It was clear to me from the start she did not want to hire me. The experience with the other interviewers was good.
Case interview two rounds no industry specs but very thoughtful questions. Had to sell self as client facing. Overall good process I’d say, designed to get people who can succeed
