Straight forward face to face interview, questions on my resume and background experience nothing to strenuous. Followed by a trail shift (unpaid) 2-3 hours observing and getting involved in different roles at the restaurant.

What previous serving experience I had to bring to the restaurant.
30-minute conversation with the General Manager of the restaurant. During this interview, candidates will be asked about their previous experience, skills, and how they would handle specific situations in the restaurant setting.

Can you describe a time when you had to manage a difficult situation with a high-end customer, and how did you ensure their experience met the standards of fine dining?
